1. Booking on the website Hotelate.ma
1.1 operation & use of site
Site function is to assist the client in the search for services to stay in Morocco and to make reservations in accordance with the General Conditions. Except in the case of fraud for which it is his responsibility to report proof, the User (client) is financially responsible for all his actions on the Site, including the use that will be made of his User (client) name and password.

1.2 Validity and acceptance of offer
Any buyer acknowledges that he has read these terms of sale and all the terms of the proposal before placing his order. Therefore, the taking of the order results in the User’s (client) full adherence to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Any derogation from the client's benefit will not bring any change to these terms The total or partial nullity of any clause of these Conditions shall in no way prevail to the nullity of the other provisions.
Our prices are expressed in Moroccan Dirham "MAD" and in tax.
1.3 Confirmation & Payment
Upon payment of the total amount of the online purchase by credit card or any other method of payment integrated into the site, the User (customer) receives the essential elements, such as the identification of the service(s) ordered and the price.

The voucher and the conditions of sale indicating the reservation number will be sent immediately by e-mail or will be delivered to you by e-mail.
It is the responsibility of the client to inquire and to ensure the validity of any administrative and health document, visa and residence card relating to the police and customs formalities necessary for the execution of the journey and for the entry into the territory of the destination concerned.
Hotelate.ma cannot be held responsible for any incapacity to travel, refusal of entry into the territory of the country concerned, or any other situation where the client is unable to benefit from the services ordered because of the failure to comply with these formalities.

3- Intellectual Property Rights

4- Hotel booking conditions (rating, stars)
4.1Star Rating

4.2 Hotels
Guests should refer to the property's detailed description for any other rules applicable to their trip. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a hotel at www.Hotelate.ma.
It should be noted that the hotels reserved by Hotelate.ma for its guests are not exclusive to it.
Hotelate.ma cannot be held responsible for any restrictions on services due to the arrival of other clients or their activities.
Hotelate.ma is not responsible for the information concerning the hotels presented on the website www.Hotelate.ma (including images, list of available services, etc.).
Hotels may change their facilities and features without prior notice, so it is the client’s responsibility to confirm the services available directly with the hotel prior to travel.
4.3 Local taxes and service charges not included in hotel price
It should be noted that taxes and service charges, which are not paid at the point of sale, may levied abroad. Guests are required to pay all local taxes and charges directly to the property upon arrival or departure.
5- payment
5.1 Visa and MasterCard Cards
As part of the prevention of credit card fraud, and in order to protect the customer from fraudulent use of his means of payment, Hotelate.ma may request additional documents.
Hotelate.ma reserves the right to ask the customer, before processing his booking request, to provide the following:
- Proof of residence less than three months old;
- An identity verification form duly completed and signed by the person paying by card;
- A simple copy of the identity card of the credit card holder;
- A simple copy of the credit card.
In the absence of receipt of these documents within Forty-eight (48) hours of the request, Hotelate.ma reserves the right not to proceed with its reservation request.
5.2 Secure payment by credit card:
Online payment on our site is secured by the online payment platform FPAY of the company FAST PAYMENT SA.
The electronic payment security system set up by FAST PAYMENT (1st payment operator certified PCI DSS level 1 in Morocco, the highest level of security for credit card transactions) is certified by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), by Moroccan banks as well as by the international organizations VISA / MASTERCARD.
The FPAY platform guarantees the confidential processing of your Bank and personal data in accordance with the security standards in force, as well as the law 09-08 relating to the protection of personal data.
The connection between the merchant site and the FPAY platform is secured by the TLS 1.2 protocol, the highest level of encryption security for data exchanged on the Internet. In particular, FPAY uses an EV (Extended Value) security certificate that you can identify through the green bar in the URL field of your browser.
If your bank provides this service, FPAY uses double 3-D Secure authentication (Verified By Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) in order to make your Internet purchases as secure as possible
6- Travel documents
6.1 Exchange vouchers (Voucher)
The voucher is issued by travel advisors duly authorized by Hotelate.ma to allow the client to consume the benefit(s) paid.
The voucher and the related rights are neither transferable nor exchangeable.
The voucher may also be issued by Meeting point Morocco as an intermediary in place of the supplier.
The General Conditions of Sale of the supplier are then mentioned on this document or, if they are not, the travel advisors will provide any necessary information as an information.
7- Responsibility
7.1 Scope of Responsibility
It is important to note that Hotelate.ma is a service provider. As such, Hotelate.ma is responsible as a professional for the direct services it provides. Liability can only be held in the event of gross negligence or negligence.
