- How can I change my booking or change dates ?
Yes, you can change your reservation by contacting us directly or the hotel. Depending on hotel policy you can do the following change :
- Change your time of arrival and departure.
- Change your dates .
- Cancel booking .
- Edit Customer Information .
- Select a bed type .
- Change guest type.
- Add a room.
- Add a meal.
- Make a request.
- Contact the property
- I can't find my confirmation email, how can I process ?
Please check your inbox, your spam and your deleted emails. If you cannot find your confirmation. Contact us under this email address: resa@hotelate.ma. And then we will send it.
- Can I add other person in my booking?
You can add guest if the room you booked can accommodate additional guests (see maximum occupancy), and if your reservation has not yet been confirmed. If your reservation is already confirmed, you have to make a new reservation.
- Can I have an extra bed for a child or cot?
This depends on the terms and conditions of the property, extra charges can be added. We recommend to contact the hotel directly for more information.
- Can I cancel my booking ?
Cancelation fees are charged by the property and are indicated in your booking under Cancelation policy.
- If I need to cancel my booking, will I pay a fee ?
If you have made a reservation with a free cancelation policy, no fee will be charged. However, if you have chosen a non-refundable reservation in case of cancelation or modification, a fee will be charged by the hotel.
- How do I know if my booking is canceled?
If your booking is canceled, an e-mail will be sent in order to confirm the cancelation of your reservation, check your e-mail address and your spam.if you have not received anything; you have to consult us directly and you will send it to you.
- Can I pay without a credit card?
A valid credit card is required to pay your reservation.
- Why do I need to provide my credit card details?
We will ask for your credit card details when you pay your purchasen, this will galso guarantee your reservation at the hotel side.

Consult the amenities section of the hotel if you want to reserve special service in advance, you can contact the hotel directly or mention it in your booking.
